Mindful Mountain Yoga

In our 60-minute morning session, we combine gentle yoga with the powerful silence of the peaks. Feel the fresh mountain air through flowing movements and mindful breathing – the perfect balance for body and soul.

Participants: max. 14 people | from 12 years on

The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible. The registration is only valid after receipt of paymen. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.

Getting to the meeting point of the event public transport is easy and convenient.

By public bus line:

- 435.1 from the train station Olang, Oberolang or from Mitterolang

By car:

Destination: Forge Olang

Parking: parking lot directly next to the Forge or Kids World

Don't forget to bring: suitable clothing & water bottle.

Reduced participation for people with disability:

• Disability 1–74 % > 50 % reduction for the person with a disability and 1 accompanying person

• Disability 75–100 % > 100 % reduction for the person with a disability and 1 accompanying person

We kindly ask for your understanding that the reduction can only be granted when booking by phone or in person directly at the Olang Tourist Office.

The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email to info@olang.com or by telephone at +39 0474 496277. In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
