Peter Girtler gathered his experiences in prestigious places such as the Hotel Castel Tirol, the Parkhotel Laurin, the Alpenkönig Hotel Seefeld and, above all, by the great chef Heinz Winkler of Aschau. Since then he has received numerous awards: two Michelin stars, three Gault Millau hats for the Einhorn Gourmetstube restaurant, two Gault Millau hats for the Stafler Restaurant, four cutlery by Aral Schlemmeratlas, was named chef of the year 2016 by the German guide "Der grosse Restaurant & Hotel Guide". Burkhard Bacher
Willful, fresh, oriental, especially creative, cosmopolitan and passionate. Hardly anyone combines the different kitchens like Bacher. He spent his years traveling in France in restaurants like Georges Blanc and L'Oasis, perfected his art in Belgium and Florence and extended his magic in the gourmet restaurant Joel in Atlanta. His cooking came to perfection at the Hotel Oriental in Bangkok. Since 1998, he has been cooking fantastic flavors in the Kleine Flamme restaurant in the centre of Vipiteno.

Fabio Domenico di Gregorio
His Mediterranean roots are undeniable. Originally from Puglia, Fabio started his career as a chef in renowned fish restaurants around Bari, later working in Paris for a number of decorated Michelin star chefs and finally settling in the North of Italy, Val Gardena. Proudly declaring Vipiteno as his home, he is now chef at 'Vinzenz - zum feinen Wein'. Di Gregorio masters blending French influences with Mediterranean cuisine from South Italy by using local ingredients. Creating the finest, sometimes daring, flavourful dishes. His passion for detail and meticulous preparation of each component delights the faithful guests of Vinzenz and earned two toques of Gault Millau.
