Reserve and book your parking space in the "Central" parking garage in Ortisei, Val Gardena, with just few clicks.
Important instructions for entering the parking garage and validating your voucher
Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure smooth access:
1. Drive to the entrance of the parking garage and have your voucher ready, either on your smartphone or printed.
2. Hold the QR code against the designated scanner located at the bottom of the entrance column.
3. Keep the QR code still for a few seconds. The display will show "Please wait". Do NOT press the ticket button!
4. After a few seconds, the entrance column will automatically issue a parking ticket.
5. Take the ticket. The barrier will then open automatically.
6. Keep the parking ticket in a safe place and protect it from damage or loss.
A surcharge of €25.00 to €50.00 will be charged in case of loss.
Exit
1. Drive to the exit on level -3.
2. Insert the parking ticket into the exit terminal.
3. Wait while the ticket is checked.
4. Remove the ticket. The barrier will open automatically.
Important information
• Parking is permitted on all three levels of the garage, except in spaces marked as Reserved or Private.
• Each level has three clearly signposted pedestrian exits.
Important notice in case of heavy traffic
If there is heavy traffic, a queue of vehicles or a red traffic light at the entrance, you have priority with your reservation. Carefully drive past the queue of waiting vehicles and make your way to the entrance.
If you exceed your reserved parking time
If you stay longer than your reserved parking period, please pay the additional parking fee at one of the payment machines before leaving the garage.
