For guests who have booked accommodation on the Seiser Alm, the following special access regulations apply:

- On the day of arrival, guests may access the Seiser Alm and reach their accommodation at any time.
- On the day of departure, guests may leave their accommodation at any time.
- During their stay, guests may drive from their accommodation to Compatsch before 10:00 am and after 5:00 pm.

The special driving permit for access to the Seiser Alm must be issued in advance by the accommodation provider.
