Thank you for booking a parking space in Parking Area P1.

With your parking reservation, you will also receive a driving permit for access to the Seiser Alm. This permit authorizes you to pass through the checkpoint in St. Valentin, where your vehicle’s license plate will be recorded to verify your access authorization.

Please note the following for parking reservations valid from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.: the checkpoint in St. Valentin/Kastelruth must be passed no later than 9:00 a.m. Parking is permitted from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The parking area on the Seiser Alm must be reached no later than 9:30 a.m.; otherwise, access to the Seiser Alm will only be permitted again after 5:00 p.m.

For evening reservations from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., passage through the checkpoint is permitted only from 5:00 p.m. onwards.

Parking spaces may be chosen freely. The road to the Seiser Alm is closed to private traffic daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Departure is possible at any time.

Overnight parking in the parking area is prohibited. Violations may result in penalties.

The Spitzbühl P1 parking lot is located at the valley station of the Spitzbühl ski and summer lift and can be reached via the Seiser Alm Road after approximately 8 km. After the Hotel Frommer, the entrance to parking lot P1 is on the right-hand side of the road. The parking lot is located approximately 5 km after the checkpoint in St. Valentin. Please allow sufficient travel time for your journey.

Cancellation or rebooking of the parking space is not possible.
