Behind the “Wipptal Aromatic Gardens” are Gabi and Sepp Holzer, as well as Bernhard Auckenthaler. They work at the Steirerhof farm in Prati di Vizze and at the Botenhof farm in Fleres.

We have been involved in herb cultivation for several years. We apply our experience as farmers, gardeners, and biologists to meet the diverse requirements of cultivating aromatic plants and flowers.
