The three holiday apartments, also accessible via a modern lift, are located on the first or second floor of the Residence Maximilian. Each apartment in Klimahaus A Standard has a living area of approx. 45 m², with a south-west facing terrace. A fibre optic internet connection guarantees interference-free surfing. Warm, oiled plank flooring in the living rooms and bedrooms, as well as rough, non-slip tiles in the bathroom and mosquito screens on the windows are all part of the upscale standard in our flats. A parking space reserved for you is available. Our flats, lovingly furnished for you, have a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and a cosy sitting area, a sofa bed and TV. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and safe. On request, we can provide you with a baby cot. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, bidet and hairdryer.
